These terms apply to the simulator session shown at checkout, your use of the booked venue and its equipment during that session, and any confirmed extension. In this agreement, Venue means the location identified in your booking. Venue Operator means the legal entity identified above that owns or operates the Venue. GolfJoy means Golfjoy Limited, which provides the booking platform.

By checking the agreement box and submitting the booking, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have had an opportunity to read this agreement, and agree to be bound by it.

My booking is confirmed only after GolfJoy Play shows it as confirmed. The date, start time, duration, bay, location, and price shown at checkout are part of my booking.

Bookings require full prepayment of the quoted price. Guests pay by card. Members use their available Chino prepaid credit first and pay any remaining balance by card. If you cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled start, all amounts prepaid for that booking are returned to their original payment sources. For cancellations less than 4 hours before the start or a no-show, guests forfeit the booking prepayment. For members, the venue retains up to $25 per reserved hour, limited to the total booking prepayment, and returns any excess to the original payment sources. Retention uses prepaid credit first and then card payment. There is no additional no-show charge. If the venue cancels for a reason within its control, you receive a full refund. Account credit is an alternative only if available and you agree. The cutoff uses the scheduled booking start in the venue's local time zone. This policy does not limit rights required by law.

Check-in opens 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled end time. An extension is valid only when GolfJoy Play shows it as available and confirms it.

The Venue may pause or end play when reasonably necessary to protect people, equipment, or the premises.

Simulator golf involves physical exertion, repeated golf swings, moving clubs, golf balls, tees, mats, impact screens, electronic equipment, furniture, cords, and other people.

Risks include being struck by a club or ball, ball rebound, slips, trips, falls, strains, collisions, equipment malfunction, property damage, serious injury, disability, and death. Some risks may be known and others may be unexpected.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the risks connected with the session, including risks arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to sue the Venue Operator, Golfjoy Limited, and each of their owners, affiliates, landlords, officers, employees, contractors, agents, equipment providers, successors, and assigns, together called the Released Parties, for claims involving personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the session or my use of the premises or equipment, including claims caused by the ordinary negligence of a Released Party.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, fraud, violation of law, strict product liability, or any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

I agree to follow posted rules, screen instructions, and reasonable directions from Venue staff. I will keep other people outside the swing area, use balls and equipment only in the designated area, and stop immediately if I notice an unsafe condition or feel unable to continue safely.

I will not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs, illness, or any condition that makes swinging a golf club unsafe. I will promptly report injuries, unsafe conditions, and damaged equipment.

I will not move, alter, or misuse cameras, sensors, computers, screens, doors, or other Venue equipment. I accept responsibility for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage caused by my intentional acts, reckless conduct, or failure to follow safety instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate or have chosen to participate after consulting a medical professional when appropriate. I authorize reasonable first aid or emergency assistance if needed and remain responsible for my medical costs. Personal belongings remain my responsibility except where applicable law provides otherwise.

This agreement is accepted only by the signed-in adult account holder and does not waive the rights of any other adult participant. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with Venue safety rules. Adult guests are required to register and execute a separate waiver before participating.

Each minor participant must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who must complete a separate parental or guardian consent forms required by the Venue. Acceptance of this agreement during checkout does not replace or satisfy those consent requirements.

Unauthorized Entry: Any guest entering the facility without proper registration and completion of the required guest waiver is in violation of Venue security and guest policies. Failure to properly register a guest will result in the following penalties- $50 per unregistered guest for a first offense- $100 per unregistered guest for any subsequent offense- and may also result in suspension or termination of membership privileges and/or a facility ban.

By accepting this agreement, I certify that all guests entering the premises during my visit are properly registered, have completed the required guest waiver, and have paid all applicable fees. I understand and agree to comply with all guest policies and accept responsibility for any fees, penalties, or disciplinary actions resulting from failure to comply with these requirements.

Booking and account information is handled under the GolfJoy Privacy Policy. This agreement does not provide consent for optional swing video, voice recording, marketing use, public posting, or AI model training. Any such feature requires separate permission when offered.

By checking the agreement box and submitting the booking, I intend to sign this agreement electronically. I can open a printable copy from the checkout dialog and retain it for my records.

This agreement is governed by California law. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The version accepted at checkout applies to the booking and any extension of the same session.
